McNaughts now offer a full Planning Supervisor service in full compliance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations. The Planning Supervisor has a key role in construction projects and is responsible for formal notification to the Health & Safety Executive. In addition, the Planning Supervisor will prepare a pre-tender Health & Safety Plan which will ensure that adequate consideration and information on health & safety is included in the design, and that there is active co-operation between designers and construction teams. It is also necessary for the Planning Supervisor to advise the Client on the competence and resources of prospective designers and contractors. |
