Roger Pepper F.R.I.C.S. Partner Roger joined McNaughts in 1980 and together with its founder pioneered its development thereafter. All the Partners in McNaughts are fee earning and Roger has particular expertise in Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Partnering Contracts, Project Management and litigation work. Roger specializes in Housing Projects and Commercial Developments and is also responsible for the financial and general administration of the practice. Gary Fletcher BSc(Hons), M.R.I.C.S. MaPS Partner Gary joined McNaughts in 1989 as a senior surveyor and became a Partner in 1995. He has been instrumental in the development of the extensive medical work and civil engineering projects that McNaughts undertake and has experience of Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Design and Build Contacts and Project Management. Gary is also the Practice’s Quality Assurance Partner responsible for ensuring our continuing compliance with ISO 9001. Nigel Over BA(Hons), M.R.I.C.S. Partner Nigel joined McNaughts in 2002 after being Estate’s Bursar for 10 years at a leading Public School and prior to this in private practice. Nigel is a qualified Building Surveyor and has particular expertise in Project Management and Employer’s Agent roles and is the lead contact for Planning Supervisor services. Nigel became a full equity partner in 2003 and also takes responsibility for human resources and our office premises. |
